Do you think it is possible to learn and relax at the same time? With the help of ASMR, it is.
What is ASMR? ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is a relaxing sensation that begins on the head and moves down the body. It is also called “a brain massage”. It’s triggered by gentle sounds such as whispers. People use this technique to fight depression, chronic pain, insomnia and stress.
ASMR might have some application in the treatment for some persons, and research will be needed to see if, to what extent, and for whom, it is beneficial. In the meantime, many people really like this technique and find it helpful in fighting everyday stress and tension.
By the way, people actually used this technique for hundreds of years, but they didn’t call it like this. Do you know in which situations? I will tell you about that in the video.
What do you think about ASMR? Have you tried it before? Do you think it works? Do you think it is helpful in learning the Russian language?
